2. What this site is
This site describes what EveryBooks LLC does. It is information, not an offer, and nothing here creates a contract or a client relationship. Any engagement between us begins with a signed services agreement, and that agreement — not this site — governs the work, the fees and the obligations on both sides.

Content on this site, including anything describing closes, reconciliations, filings, migrations, systems or the use of agents, is general information. Do not send confidential, regulated or personal data about third parties through the contact form. Send enough to start a conversation; anything sensitive belongs in a channel we agree once a confidentiality agreement is in place. You confirm you are entitled to send us whatever you do send.
