Real estate

Your property system stays the ledger.

Tenant balances sit in the property system and the follow-ups sit in inboxes. We keep your property system as the record and put agents on the work around it: statements, collections follow-up and the data entry that fills your team's week.

The property system stays, then agents work around it, then your team sends. One row is flagged for review and the rest are ticked. A person signs it off.MRILeasesTenantsPROPERTYUnit 2AUnit 4C!Unit 7BUnit 9SIGNEDStatements out.The property system staysAgents work around itYour team sends

What we see in this sector

Property systems are built to hold leases and post rent. They are not built to chase a tenant, track a promise to pay, or tell an owner why a balance moved. So that work happens in email and spreadsheets, where it is invisible to everyone who is not doing it.

We do not propose replacing the property system. We build the record that the work around it needs, then put agents on the repeating parts, with your team approving anything that reaches a tenant or an owner.

The reason we keep the property system is practical rather than diplomatic. It holds the leases, and the lease is the authority for almost every number that matters: the charge, the escalation, the breakpoint, the recovery. Moving that record is a large project with a small payoff, while the work that genuinely consumes your team sits in the layer above it. Fix the layer, leave the ledger.

How we work

Most companies bolt AI onto systems designed for people, then ask people to check the AI’s work. We design the record around agents and put your team in charge of running and governing them. Five steps: read the books, design for agents, ship agents in shadow mode against today’s results, train your operators, then run and improve.
