Financial institutions
Agents inside your own perimeter.
Operations teams re-key documents and check fees by hand because the alternatives all involved sending data somewhere else. We build agents that run inside your own systems and your own cloud, with your team approving every exception.
What we see in this sector
Document-heavy operations work is the most automatable work in a financial institution and the least automated, for a reason that has nothing to do with the technology. The data cannot leave, the decision has to be attributable to a person, and the control environment has to survive an examination.
So that is the constraint we build to. Agents are deployed into your tenancy, they work on your record, every action they take is logged against the document that prompted it, and every exception goes to a named person. Nothing about the control model changes except how much of the preparation a human has to do.
The work divides neatly. Document-driven processes gain the most, because reading and checking a document against your own systems is exactly what agents are good at. Calculation-driven processes such as fee assurance gain differently: the value is testing the whole population every period instead of a sample, which was never a capability question so much as a capacity one.

How we work
Most companies bolt AI onto systems designed for people, then ask people to check the AI’s work. We design the record around agents and put your team in charge of running and governing them. Five steps: read the books, design for agents, ship agents in shadow mode against today’s results, train your operators, then run and improve.
