Business development automation

Relevant public sector work is published every day across hundreds of portals. Agents watch them, match what fits your services, and summarize it while there is still time to bid well.

Who this is for. The partner responsible for growth, and the proposal manager who has to turn a bid around.

Hundreds of notices, then matched to your services, then a partner decides. Two dates are flagged. A person signs it off.PortalsRFPsAddendaBID CALENDARSIGNEDWorth bidding.Hundreds of noticesMatched to your servicesA partner decides

The problem today

Public sector work is published constantly across procurement portals that do not talk to each other and do not use consistent language. Relevant opportunities are missed, or found with a week left, which means bidding badly or not at all.

Checking manually is a job nobody has. So in practice the firm bids on what happens to cross someone's desk, which is a poor sample of what was available.

What we deliver

  • Daily monitoring across the sources that matter

Federal, state and local procurement portals watched on a schedule, with the source list agreed with you and extended as you find gaps.

  • Matching against your actual services

Opportunities scored against what your firm does and the work you want more of, so the list that reaches a partner is short and relevant.

  • Summaries you can make a decision from

Scope, deadline, submission requirements, incumbent where it is visible, and the qualifications being asked for. Enough to decide bid or no bid in a few minutes.

  • A first draft when you want one

For opportunities you pursue, agents assemble the boilerplate and the firm qualifications so your proposal team starts from a draft.

  • A record of what you bid and what happened

Pursued, declined, won and lost, so the pattern becomes visible and the matching improves.

What agents do, and what your team approves

What the agents do

Agents monitor the sources, read and classify each notice, score it against your service list, and draft the summary and the boilerplate sections.

What they never do

Every bid decision and every submission is made by a partner. Agents narrow and draft, people decide and sign.

Systems we work with

  • Public procurement portals
  • n8n
  • Microsoft 365

From past work

What we have built

We built and operate government opportunity monitoring for an advisory firm, covering the procurement sources relevant to its service lines and delivering matched summaries daily.

Questions we get

Which sources do you monitor?

We start from the sources that carry your kind of work, usually the federal portal plus the state and local systems in your markets, then extend the list as you spot gaps. The source list is yours and visible, not a black box.

How are matches scored?

Against a description of your services and your target work that we write with you and keep tuning. For the first few weeks you will see near-misses as well as matches, which is how the scoring gets calibrated.

Can it draft the first response?

It can assemble the parts that repeat: firm qualifications, relevant experience, standard sections. The parts that win work are written by your people, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

What about private sector opportunities?

The same approach works wherever opportunities are published in a form that can be read on a schedule. Public procurement is simply where the signal is richest.
