AI adoption and enablement
Your staff are already using AI tools. We give the firm an agent of its own connected to firm systems, rules that make client data safe, and training that produces results you can measure.
Who this is for. Managing partner, or the technology or innovation partner who has been asked what the firm's position on AI is.
The problem today
Staff are using consumer AI tools on their own initiative, with no shared rules about what client data may be pasted where. The firm's exposure is real and unmeasured.
At the same time the firm is getting no leverage from it. Everyone is experimenting privately, nobody is building anything reusable, and the partner group has no way to tell whether any of it is working.
What we deliver
An agent that belongs to the firm
Connected to your own systems and your own documents, so answers come from firm knowledge rather than from the open internet. Staff get something better than the consumer tools, which is what actually stops the unsanctioned use.
A usage policy with review rules that hold
What may be sent where, what must never leave the firm, what has to be reviewed before it reaches a client. Written so staff can follow it and partners can enforce it.
Hands-on sessions on the firm's real work
Working sessions where teams build something useful against their own engagements. Staff leave with a tool they made and will keep using.
Measurement the partner group can read
Which workflows moved, how much time came back and where adoption stalled, reported in terms the partners already use.
A monthly digest of what changed
A short internal briefing on what is newly possible and what is newly risky, so the firm is not relearning the landscape every quarter.
What agents do, and what your team approves
What the agents do
The firm agent answers questions from firm systems and drafts recurring internal work. What it drafts is clearly marked as draft.
What they never do
Nothing produced by an agent reaches a client without a professional reviewing and taking responsibility for it. The policy states this and the workflows enforce it.

From past work
What we have built
We have run firm-wide AI enablement for accounting firms, including an internal agent connected to firm systems, hands-on build sessions with staff, and a recurring internal digest on automation and technology.
Questions we get
Is client data safe?
It is safe if the architecture and the policy make it safe, which is most of what this work is. The firm agent runs against systems you control, the policy is explicit about what may leave the firm, and we will tell you where your current exposure actually is.
How do we measure results?
We agree the measures before the training, usually hours on a named recurring task and the share of staff still using a tool ninety days later. Measuring adoption without measuring persistence tells you nothing.
Does this count toward continuing education?
Not from us. EveryBooks is not a registered continuing education sponsor, so we do not award credit and we will not imply that we do. If your firm is a sponsor, we can deliver sessions in a format your own program can carry, and we have built certificate tracking for firms running their own programs.
Will this replace any of our people?
That is not what we sell and not what we have seen. The firms getting value are the ones where the same people carry more clients, because the constraint was senior review capacity rather than headcount.
