Sales tax compliance
Nexus tracked as the business grows, returns prepared from your own sales data, and one calendar covering every state you file in.
Who this is for. Finance lead or controller at a brand selling across many states, and the founder who has just realized nexus is a moving target.
The problem today
Nexus grows faster than the team tracks it. A good quarter in a new state creates an obligation nobody registered for, and the first anyone hears about it is a notice.
The filings themselves depend on manual exports from the commerce platform into spreadsheets, which caps how many states you can handle and makes each one a small risk. Marketplace facilitator rules complicate it further, because some of your sales are already being remitted by someone else and have to be reported without being paid twice.
What we deliver
Nexus and obligations tracked continuously
Sales activity measured against each state's thresholds as it happens, with warning before an obligation starts rather than after.
Returns prepared from your own sales data
Prepared directly from the commerce and marketplace record, with marketplace facilitated sales identified and treated correctly.
One filing calendar
Every state, every frequency, one view, so a filing is never missed because it lived in a different place from the others.
Registrations tracked as a record
Where you are registered, under which number, with which frequency and filing method. The thing most brands cannot produce on request.
Notice support
When a notice arrives, we help you work out what it actually says and what the state wants, and prepare the response.
A view on past exposure
Where you should have been registered and were not, quantified, so the decision about what to do is informed.
What agents do, and what your team approves
What the agents do
Agents monitor activity against thresholds, prepare each return from the sales record, track the calendar and assemble the support behind every filing.
What they never do
Filings are reviewed and submitted with your approval, and any voluntary disclosure or registration decision is yours to make with advice.

From past work
What we have built
We built the sales tax obligations record and workflow behind this, including the nexus threshold monitoring that warns before an obligation starts and the filing calendar covering all fifty states. The same platform is operated by accounting firms for their own clients.
Questions we get
Do you file, or prepare?
We prepare, track and submit with your approval, and we are explicit that the filing position is yours. Where a registered professional has to sign, that is your tax adviser or your firm, and we work alongside them.
How do marketplace facilitator rules apply to us?
Where a marketplace collects and remits on your behalf, those sales still usually have to be reported on your return without being paid again. Getting that wrong produces either double payment or an understated return, which is why we handle the split explicitly rather than by assumption.
What about past exposure?
We quantify it and lay out the options, including voluntary disclosure. What we will not do is quietly start filing in a state as though the previous periods did not exist, because that choice has consequences you should make knowingly.
We are already using a tax engine. Does this replace it?
No. The engine calculates. This handles the obligations record, the preparation workflow, the calendar and the evidence, which is the part that is still manual for most brands.
