Licensing and regulatory compliance

One inventory of every license and registration you hold, a renewal calendar that reaches a named person in time, and the filing prepared when it comes due.

Who this is for. Operations or finance lead at a business with many locations, entities or regulated activities.

Scattered in spreadsheets, then one inventory, then you submit. Two dates are flagged. A person signs it off.LicensesPermitsRenewalsRENEWALSSIGNEDRenewed early.Scattered in spreadsheetsOne inventoryYou submit

The problem today

Licenses, permits and registrations across cities, counties and states are tracked in a spreadsheet that one person updates. Renewals slip, and the first sign is usually a penalty or an inspection.

Nobody is confident the spreadsheet is complete, which is the worse problem. A license you never knew you needed does not appear on a renewal calendar, and the exposure is invisible until it is expensive.

What we deliver

  • A complete inventory

Every license, permit and registration you hold, by entity and location, with the issuing authority, number, scope and expiry held as a record.

  • Gaps identified

Where your activity and footprint imply a license you do not appear to hold, flagged for a decision. This is usually the part that justifies the exercise.

  • A renewal calendar that reaches a person

Reminders at the lead time each authority actually requires, to a named owner, escalating if nothing happens.

  • Renewal filings prepared

The application, the supporting documents and the fee detail assembled, ready for your review and submission.

  • New location onboarding

When you open a location, the licenses it will need are identified up front rather than discovered in operation.

  • Evidence in one place

Current certificates stored and retrievable, which matters on the day an inspector asks.

What agents do, and what your team approves

What the agents do

Agents maintain the inventory, monitor requirements against your footprint, drive the renewal calendar and prepare each filing.

What they never do

Renewals are submitted by your team, and every fee payment is authorised by a named person. Agents prepare and remind.

From past work

What we have built

We built business license tracking across locations for a multi-site operator, including the gap analysis that found registrations the business did not know it needed.

Questions we get

Which jurisdictions do you cover?

We build to your footprint. State, county and city requirements across the locations you operate in, extended as you open more. We are not selling a national database, we are building your inventory.

Who submits the renewals?

Your team, from a prepared filing. Where an authority requires an officer signature or a notarised document, that stays with your people and we make sure it is scheduled early enough.

Can you find licenses we are missing?

Yes, and this is often the most valuable part. We compare what your activity and locations imply against what you hold, and report the gaps. Expect the first pass to find some.

What about licenses for regulated professionals?

Individual professional licenses can be tracked on the same record, including continuing education requirements and certificates, which is work we have built for firms running their own programs.
